We’ll take a collaborative, partnership-led approach to coordinating the relocation of your candidates. From day one, a dedicated ContinueUs account managerwill start working with you to understand your needs, allowing us to tailor our service accordingly.

  • Deliver a detailed webinar focused on transitioning into long-term accommodation and navigating London, guiding candidates through the entire property journey.
  • Provide property resources on our bespoke online portal, including sample tenancy agreements, rental guides, and affordability calculators.
  • Supply references and communicate with letting agents when required to support the accommodation process.
  • Hold accommodation clinics, either for groups of candidates or one-to-one sessions, to answer questions and provide guidance.
  • Offer free access to our premium accounts to enhance and support candidates’ property searches.

Here's some more detail about what we do at this stage in your candidate's journey with us:

  • We deliver a webinar ‘learning session’ which focuses on the transition into long term accommodation. We’ll walk your candidates through the property journey, from viewing online to signing contracts and moving in.

  • We provide property resources on our bespoke online portal so your candidates can see sample tenancy agreements, rental guides and affordability calculators.

  • We open our ‘virtual’ support desk to answer any email queries your candidates may have. Through this desk we can also supply references and speak to agents as required.

  • We partner with property agencies and tailor mailshots for each candidate to help in their search for accommodation.

  • We can also provide long term accommodation via our partners
