Collaboration to meet your needs

We’ll take a collaborative, partnership-led approach to coordinating the relocation of your candidates. From day one, a dedicated ContinueUs account managerwill start working with you to understand your needs, allowing us to tailor our service accordingly.

  • Here’s what we do at milestone four:

  • Provide education and awareness about the mental health support services available in the UK.
  • Connect candidates with appropriate talking therapies available in their local area.
  • Educate candidates about medical services in the UK and how the healthcare system works.
  • Offer telephone and video call appointments with a GP within three working days.

Here's some more detail about what we do at this stage in your candidate's journey with us:

  • Your candidates will have access to our in-house GP where they can discuss their personal physical or mental health issues in confidence.

  • We provide signposting to health services in the UK.

  • We support them with acclimatising to their new life by always being a phone call away to address any issues they are experiencing while living in London.

  • We cultivate a safe community within the accommodations for all candidates where they feel comfortable and secure.
