As your pre-journey lead, I make sure everything’s in place before your candidates journey even gets underway.

Director & wellbeing lead
Hi there – as well as overseeing the strategy of our business, I lead on wellbeing and pastoral care. My experience as a GP really adds to our compassionate, personal service. It means that all relocation candidates staying with us are genuinely cared for mentally, as well as physically. I also provide medical support for people as soon as they land.

Director & head of finance & administration
Hello, I’m Sophia, and I manage the financial side of our relationships while providing all-round support to the team. I lead a skilled group of administrators, who are each involved in different areas behind the scenes to make sure all candidates have a trusted and familiar face to answer their queries.

Director & head of operations
Hello, I’m Christianna, and I’ve expertly sourced every apartment that our candidates stay in. I’ve got an eye for design and a talent for making a place feel like a home. It’s my mission to make everyone involved feel super welcome. I also manage the properties and work closely with our Operations Managers to make sure candidates are well looked after while they’re in our care.
